doh draggin my feet gets me again :D

Brian, Let me know if you pass on Flinny's 2f. Ive passed by durham twice but once w/ the trailer full and once empty but incredibly late for an apt back in gso.

Mike,

Is this just the motor (6.2)? also do you know miles or condition on the motor?
The AA t'case mount is just to support the back end of the tranny/tcase correct?

also i have you a 4spd compliant t-case in Greensboro if you like and possibly some 4'' springs.

The 6.2 has 77k on it and ran when pulled a year ago. The guy I bought it from replaced it with a massive Cummins because he was hauling a much bigger trailer now.

The t-case cross member is just to hold up the trans/t-case - you are correct on that.

I'm interested in the t-case and springs so PM me on that if you're looking for a trade or sale. Thanks!

there gone....

If you need that 2F I'd be willing to give it up... I'm just acquiring items for a future project. I already have a full 1F in my basement I still haven't done anything with... :)

Wish I could.... Just bought a house and straped for cash right now. All I could offer you is $350 in 4wp gift certificates.

35 12.50 15 muds

I have some ex trail tires for sale

4 are General Grabber MT's - 2 of them like new 2 of them not so new and have rock rash near the bead - should still seal fine though.

1 is a BFG MT that is brand new but has a nice slice across the treads that's down to the cord (cords look fine but I wouldn't take this thing down the highway).

I'll sell some or all - let me know what you need and what they're worth to you.

I am very interested in the 4 generals, the 2 that are not so new, how much tread would you say they have left?

I'd say 2 of them have 15% wear (like new), 1 of them is probaby 60% worn, and the other is like 80% worn.

WTB: 1F carb and FJ40 lift springs

Looking for the following parts:

  • Good or rebuildable 1F carb
  • FJ40 lift springs (2.5" 3.5" or even 4")

You and me both...I might break down and buy a new one :hhmm:.

You might want to wait. I'm on the fence about buying a set of LX450 wheels with caps. If so, I'll have my 3 remaining Toyota caps sitting on the shelf...

Hey guys,

Probably seen my rig on CL but it is up again and seriously for sale the last week. Before that I just couldn't get rid of it. But just found out I'm deploying in a week and when I get back I only have about 2 months and then I deploy again for another 8 months then have 4 months off and deploy again for another 8 months so the toys and dreams need to go to the wayside for the next 2 years.

Anything above 3K on my FJ40 and I'll take it as I possibly leave this Friday. Picture is from last years OBX trip.

I also have rebuilt cummins 4bt (I honed the cylinders, put in new rings, new head, head gasket, injectors) and have new bottom end but didn't replace becuase it looked like it had recently been done. Currently mated to NV4500 with super low granny at 6.3. It was going to make one hell of a crawler or set up in my other dodge but I just don't have the time now. 2500 Firm.

1993 Toyota Pickup 2wd 4cyl 5speed Durham, NC $1500

It is time to part with my trusty 1993 Toyota pickup. It is a two wheel drive, regular cab, 4 cylinder engine(22RE, the best 4 cyl ever), 5 speed manual transmission, plain jane truck.

The truck has just shy of 175,000 miles on it. I have had it 7 years (January 2002). It had 103,000 miles on it when I got it. I have kept up regular maintenance on it.

I am the 3rd owner of the truck. I have the Autocheck report (similar to CarFax) and can email it to you if you like.

The truck runs and drives great. It has a good set of tires on it with plenty of tread left. They were just balanced and rotated today. Additionally, the truck just passed inspection today. The oil change has less than 500 miles on it.

I used to keep a continuous mileage log for it. It averages 25 miles per gallon with mixed city/hwy driving.

The heater blows hot air and the AC blows very cold air. The truck also has power steering and brakes.

The truck has a white Delta tool box in the back. It is lockable and I have a set of keys for it. The truck also has a Class III receiver hitch. I had a small 5x8 utility trailer that I sometimes towed. It is wired for trailer lights.

Now, the truck is not pretty. It was like that when I bought it; that way I wouldn't care if it was scratched or dinged up. There is a tear in the seat on the driver's side. It has never really bothered me and is not uncomfortable to sit in. There is a crack that spans the length of the windshield. It does not obstruct the driver's view.

I have a new set of brake pads and shoes that are included. Also included is a Haynes service manual.

This is a good reliable truck that I would not hesitate to drive across the country in tomorrow. Come and check it out!

I am asking $1500.

I am located in North Durham, near The Museum of Life and Science, north of I-85 between Duke and Roxboro Streets.

Thanks,
Robert

Looking for a set of amby doors with no rust. Mine are pretty great overall, but have a hole in each side in the bottom. If I can find a better set, I won't bother reworking mine.
