just linked it along... didnt catch that oddity but looks fishy. The bumper and ARB side rails caught my attention with price.
IF real, add new seats, TB/water pump and roll on another 100k.
was it 99's that required premium?
98 and 99 might have oem elec locker in rear and also had the cracked/ticking manifold thing, and old trans but at 5k a nice ride

The 1999 has two of the most important options. Rear Diff lock and Rear AC.
Also, the running boards appear to be ARB.
The bumper alone is $1000.
