just curious, when was this storm?

Paul, the one in laurel i'm talking about would have been around 90. the bozeman one was around 2010. had just reshingled the year before and it took the roof, siding and windows. was nasty but nothing like jeff had went thru.

we had one here in Helena area in the mid 90's,
lots of roofs needing redone and the insurance companies only wanted to pay for half of the new roof as they said only 1 side of the roof was damaged, say the west side and the east side was still fine. the insurance comissioner got involved and the insurance companies finally paid for an entire new roof versus just 1 side

I was working in Ryegate and the fields were about waist high with corn, came back after a week off and the fields were flat, all wiped out, that was 2010 maybe

the power that mother has is pretty impressive, it's been several years since we've had any severe weather, i guess we're about due but i hope it's not this year the way things are starting out. but then again it'd be fitting
