Off white (almost beige) color suggestions for roof

I am going to Monstaline the roof on my dark green FJ80. The original paint is shot and going to becoming rust soon if i dont jump on it. I spend a a lot of timeout west at high elevation and i think a white roof would help with the sun and heat.

I have looked at all the Monstaline paint chips and a few of the lighter beige look OK but the white they offer is just way to pure and bright.What i want is a really off white that is ALMOST beige. So i am going with the tint-able Monstaline. I will be buying the tint i need from a paint shop. All i need to do is decide what white i want. The obvious would be the Toyota Cygnus White that comes on the top of the FJ40. But i think that is still a pretty basic white. Any ideas what the FJ cruisers came with up top? Anyone know of some really "dirt white" colors that will soften the difference between the white and dark green? I think i want a almost beige color.

Good call on the lighter color roof, the cygnus white 012 color is a yellow beige, and it sounds like you want more of a grey / green beige....

I am open to color sother than Toyota. But it would be fun to stick with a Toyota color if i can. On the 40 i see more than one white. Cygnus white 012 color and also a 031. The threads are really confusing about what is what. But which of the two is the more off white and which is the more pure white?

I would tend to agree with you. But when i used paint chips i almost like the really light beige color of desert Sand. But i wanted it to be a few shades lighter, almost a dirty white. So i actually think i want a creamy off white.

Mini Cooper. Pepper White sems about right.

I tinted the Monstaliner with Cygnus White T012 and it's a little creamier than off white. Here's the best I could come with, but pictures lie.
