Not really, depending on if they go by an hourly rate. Just do it yourself, it's not that tricky and there're write ups on here for it all.
 
That's probably $210 for the rears and $10 for the fronts. If you're not a DIY type, that seems like an ok price at labor rates nowadays. Lots of threads/posts on DIY. Just know going in that the rear top bolts need the right tools (and a pipe wrench is not the right tool).
 
When I first had mine installed by a shop they charged me $20 a shock. I later replaced them myself with a $20 dollar wrench and it was fairly simple.
 
Just to clarify I'm not a DIYer and probably will never be. Hell, I paid my shop to take off my running boards, so I'm more lazy and busy with other hobbies to be a DIYer than anything.

Now I just need to find a shop to do my for 20 a pop like Dobie's...
