OEM replacement struts

looking for recommendations on OEM style struts. Are OEM needed or can I go with an aftermarket that might be equivelant? I am not looking for a lift just a return to stock height because it is my wife’s everyday driver.

Most of the aftermarket are going to give you a lift. 5100 Bilstein are the only one that are stock replacement as far I know. Based on mine and other people experience, they will give you a little firmer ride. Just make sure you install the ring to the lowest set up.
If you are not really looking to lift it ,, I would consider buying a set of 4Runner complete set of coils and shocks and try it. you can find them on 4Runner forums if your not in a rush. A lots of guys are taking them off within a very short time and you can get them pretty cheap.
