They are new and returned back to original packaging after a test fit on my 77 (did not work). They will work on the SWB and MWB series with OEM flares only and also the troopy if the troopy has OEM flares.

2. 76608-60100 Left side mud flap
3. 76646-90K01 Bracket for left side flap
4. 76646-90K01 Bracket for right side flap

They are now sold but yes if you have OEM flares on your troopy. Someone used the same mud flap part numbers I listed for sale on his troopy when he added OEM flares.
