All OEM bushings have the part number in the rubber of the bushing itself

Lots of aftermarket bushings have the Toyota part number in the rubber of the bushing itself.

I used partsouq for bushings, cheapest place I could get OEM even with shipping.

You can use many of the great Vendors listed here that support the site.

You can Google search the part number you are looking for. Find part numbers here - www.toyodiy.com/parts/

And then do your own parts search and find lots of options to purchase OEM parts, these are a few of the ones Ive used in the past.

Thanks. I ended up using partsouq. Simple and cheap, I have never used that site before. Looks too good to be true lol.

Here's my list. $445 total on Partsouq for parts only as of a few minutes ago.

Let me know if you notice this list missing something or an incorrect part # for a '97

I bought mine from Partsouq. I save $161 vs McGregor Toyota for the exact same list apples to apples, DELIVERED to my door.

The list shown below is everything (F/R sway bar bushings, rear control arms (U/L), and ALL assembly hardware (including the hardware for the front control arms)) EXCEPT the front control arm bushings (4) and (2) because I had bought those a couple years ago.

Thanks @BILT4ME

Your list agrees with mine but had more hardware. I've added the extra hardware to my list and added a pdf version to make it easier to read for anyone that needs it. The text list below should copy and paste into a spreadsheet for easier reading/use.

If anyone notices missing or incorrect part numbers let me know. I won't be ordering these for a few days in case the list needs some revising.

@cruiseroutfit cool to see you like this parts list that doesn't even mention your business. I like buying from you guys and wonder if there is any chance of you putting together a full bushing and related hardware replacement kit? I've still not ordered these but will in the coming months I'm sure. I'd love to support you guys if you had these in a buy-all-at-once type of kit at a price in the ballpark of what I've seen elsewhere.

Totally, we plan to beef up our bushing kit offerings in both the OEM and aftermarket flavors. We stock all of the suspension and swaybar bushings for the 4x/5x/6x/7x/8x/100/200 in OEM and high quality aftermarket, assembling those into combo kits is on the radar! Are you interested in hardware too? We stock the hardware yet sell that to just a fraction of our bushing customers. With and without perhaps?

I'm planning to purchase hardware and bushings since a few of the bolts are recommended for 1 time use by Toyota as I understand it and since I won't know about the condition of the others until I've pulled them but want to have all needed parts on hand to rnr pairs of bushings in one go with minimal downtime hopefully. If it's helpful, for bushings I'd be open to non-oe if quality and price were great but probably lean towards OE given how infrequently I want to do this job. For hardware I plan to buy OE. My preferences seems to reflect what I've seen on mud, but may not be that helpful.

It seems like if you guys listed a "complete" bushing kit with and without hardware for these that there would be some demand as there is decent history on this topic on mud as folks try to piece together the parts lists. Having the OE and non-OE side by side for comparison would be cool and I imagine at some point in the future the prices may diverge considerably if OE become hard to get.

Thanks for helping us keep our rigs going Kurt!

Great feedback! Fwiw we carry very little non-OE hardware, particularly true when it comes to anything carrying much load or shear. On the side by side comparisons, that is a great idea I'll rock some photos out when I'm back in SLC. Currently in Florida rolling around in a late model (2005 FZJ80) en route to see a bunch more Cruisers 🆒

Glad it was helpful Kurt. I've got a few tasks, with parts waiting on the shelf, ahead of the bushings so hopefully you'll have a "complete" package setup for easy ordering before I buy these in a month or two.

I'm headed to Florida in my 80 today, worn bushings, wandering tendencies and all, and will keep an eye out for cruisers though I'm headed to the Pensacola area and assume y'all will be much further South. I'd love to see an '07 FZJ80 and have never heard of such, will have to read up on those. Assume they have some of the upgrades that the 105 had?

They have they 1FZ, automatics or manual. Autana and VX trim level. Very similar overall.

Very cool,

I just researched a bit and saw that they were for/from Venezuela. Seems very appropriate that you'd be out playing with the cool toys :) I'll watch and hope for some photos from you in the next week or two hopefully ?

Yup, rolling with a bunch of Venezuelan Cruiserheads now 🆒

do generic polyurethane bushings be any sort of upgrade to OEM bushings??

Opinions will vary greatly but many prefer the tight poly to the rubber. Rubber flexes but blows out, poly can be tighter but cracks. We've sold tens of thousands of bushings and I'd say they last about the same for most users :D

Hi all!

Can anyone comment on how your LX or Land Cruiser drives after the new bushings?

I’ve heard it can make a remarkable difference, but I’d like to hear it from someone who has actually done it.
