OEM bottle jack not working

I looked at the little pictures and placed under axle as directed -- but it is not lifting truck ???

Can anyone figure what the problem is...

Moving and cleaning out garage (wife of course repeatedly stopping by making helpful exclamations "wow, you sure have alot of junk!)... saw cute little OEM jack sitting up on a shelf and couldn't resist.

No going back to the days when I could use that.. sniff. Also ran across my old mudflaps, and all the mangled chrome trim from the raingutters and the strip from the rocker panels -- been a long time since my beat rig was looking nice with all that stuff still on it!

I actually need an OEM jack. Every other one I've bought doesn't fit in the OEM tie down location.
