OEM Bluetooth call quality (1 Viewer)

Hi all - purchased a ‘15 GX460 premium today for my wife. I’ve had a couple cruisers in the past (99 LX & 06 LC), so looking forward to this new to me sub-forum. Thanks for the pre-purchase advice section, it was helpful.

Question is on the Bluetooth call quality. Made a couple calls between my vehicle and hers today. I could hear an echo sometimes when I spoke and she said the quality just wasn’t great. We’ve not had this with other vehicles she’s had.

Is there anything I should check? Anyone else noticed the same?

Except when my sunroof is open, calls have always been great using bluetooth through the GX audio. My wife's phone will sometimes get poor reception and even drop a call because of where we live, but that's always been on her end.
