Am I being paranoid? Car checks out on paper (at least fine):
2022 GX 460, 43,000 miles, oil changes at Valvoline about every 5,000 miles, then oil and differential service on 6/17/25 and.... car traded in.
Could something go wrong with differential fluid change? Discovered an issue?
I had a terrible experience at Valvoline many years ago - did not get oil drain valve close tightly and car lost a lot of oil - thankfully - I caught and did not destroy the engine.
Anyway - is this a red/yellow flag? What should/can I check to make sure everything is good?
Thank you!

Drive it.

Drive it, and if you're concerned with the work on the diffs/transfer case, just change it yourself so you know the quality of the work. I did my 2022 at 48,000 miles, so it's not necessarily a point of concern but just something you do at that mileage.
