Hello all. My LX project is moving forward and is now in the final stages of mechanical baseline. So far, Dellon, my mechanic, has swapped out all dry rubber underneath, replaced the heater t’s, installed the DT headers, swapped in new front axles and bearings, and removed the resonator on the exhaust. I have given him a budget, and he has been good. My goal was a light-use daily, mechanically sound urban-use five-year vehicle. We swapped out the AHC globes with OEM and new fluid. Aside from a new alternator issue, all seems fine, and the driver-side rear intermittently drops when in high. We have bled the system several times and are lost. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Nothing odd here, other than a lack of info.
Where are your
1 - TechStream readings,
2 - Physical heights at N
3 - Height sensor test results.

The most frequent problems in your case would be either wrong height settings/adjustments, faulty/unstable height sensor readings, failing steel springs (coils/TBs), or a combination of these. (based on the limited info available)

Maybe you are too fast, Joe, and haven't read all the ahc threads in here?

(Yes, there's a sarcastic undertone here, but not too bad, I hope)

It's all good and well deserved. I'm not as fast as I was. Thanks for the guidance. I will relay it. Hopefully, it's an easy fix.
