Here are the minutes from the October meeting:
- Frank purchased new tables for club meetings
- Raffle Vehicle? Many of the people who where interested have not been at meetings for quite some time. Should we still continue with the raffle vehicle?
- Trail Run! It will be on Sunday, November 2nd (This weekend). We will be doing Moody Hill and Crystal Mountain. A number of us are planning to bring our guns and do some shooting somewhere on the trail.
We will meet at JJs at 7:30 AM. (Remember daylight savings time! It will feel like 8:30.)
- Frank has obtained a "Trail Maintained By..." sign and it was voted that the sign go on Bald Mountain instead of Sand Creek. Bald will probably have higher traffic.
- Toys for Tots is coming up in December! We will make a banner to go on the back of the last vehicle. Amanda will be designing it.
- Next month's meeting falls on Thanksgiving. We voted to move it to the Thursday before Thanksgiving.
Thursday, November 20th
- For the raffle at next month's meeting, we will be raffling off a CB Radio that Frank has donated. Tickets will be $5. If we do not sell at least 14 tickets, we will hold onto the raffle prize until we sell at least 14. So bring some cash!
- Attendance: Bill, Bob, Bruce, Amanda, Paul, TJ, KJ, Tyler, Frank
