October Formal Meeting

Don't forget about the 7pm, October 19th meeting at the Windsor Round Table Pizza.
This is important one, Elections- if you or you want to nomenate someone that you could do a good job representing our club in any one of the positions please step up and let me know and we'll vote on it.
Also, our 10 year anniversary is right around the corner and we'd like to make up some special tee-shirts for the occasion. If anyone has a simple slogan or saying that we could use we'll put it to a vote (please get it to me before the meeting) and we'll make it worhtwhile to you.
Congratulations go out to John Evans and his wife for their son (and wheeling partner) John said that Newsletters were sent last week, E-mail and snail mail so keep an eye out for it. We will be sending out some more information on the meeting later.

No more Wheeling for me for the next three months, No Fourdyce on Columbus Day Weekend, No Surf-n-Turf in November, No Snow trips intill maybe January / Feburary, I've gone a good one this time guys, I'll fell of the ladder at the top of the Water Tank at San Quentin, 15' straight down, Snap, broken Left Leg, The worst break in 15 years according to the Doc, I'll Ask Jeeper Ron if hes planning on going to the Oct 19th Meeting in Windsor, if he is I'll see you there, Wife won't bring me, wants me to sell everthing and take up gardening, Hell No, i say whats falling off a ladder got to do with 4x4 pleasures. So you can see my Dilema, Hope to see you all there. Gunner.

Ron will not be attending the meeting, he should be at the Hammers... with Phil and I. Hey, you could join us at the Hammers! You know, hang out in camp and do our dishes while we are out wheeling.

I want to thank every one who attended the meeting and who stepped up and volunteered to help out. I'm excited and looking forward to next year, already the calendars filling up with actives, runs (mild to hard core), new meeting locations, and some new ideas for the swap meet.

PS: Just because it cooling off outside doesnt mean that the wheeling season over, put your doors back on your mini's (if you can) dig that hard top out for the Cruiser and get going.
