The OB's flavor came through nicely. I plan on experimenting with cooking process more.. Veggies and "THE SAUCE" as my wife calls it now... will be one of the next trials... J
Looks & sounds awesome. Is that done in a crockpot?
Some more great News we might get a resort in the Caymans that wants to use our sauce as a private label for the resort. I'll find out more tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Sean, Yes.. crockpot.. I have a make shift sous vide set up. I use a temp controller in parallel with the crockpot. It holds the temp at a certain temp for the duration of the process. Therefore, not overcooked meats. It keeps everything juicy and introduces the marinade or rub to the meat throughout the entire cook time as well.

Awesome news on the label... Hope it works out.

I nominated OB's as the next Lay's potato chop flavor.

Tagine chicken, couscous & some home made roti all seasoned up with some OB's hot sauce. Yum!! :)
