Any thoughts on this?
My 2003 LC with 170,000 miles on it is coming up with the O2 sensor test incomplete in the OBD system. I do not have any codes stored or a check engine light on. All the other tests are showing completed . I have in the past changed the O2 sensors with Denso sensors. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm not an expert (but I have stayed at a Holiday inn Express before) - Two possibilities I see:

1 . Vehicle is not up to operating temp, thus the test cannot yet be completed
2. Scan tool is somehow not compatible with our LX's Suggest you verify the data using techstream...

Perhaps someone with more knowledge than I can chime in...

The criteria to complete a test varies from sensor to sensor. For example rpm has to be at a certain range at certain speed etc. . All you have to do is drive the truck. It will show complete. Sometimes it can take 150 miles with regular driving.

I’m baffled I’ve read the articles and have driven the vehicle in accordance with the suggested patterns. I haven’t had a check engine light on at all nor have I disconnected the battery in at least 6 months. What made it incomplete in the first place? I drive a combination of highway and city driving every day totaling at least 35 miles a day

Temp is 185 degrees which is correct and I’ve used multiple scan tools and am getting the same reading

Did the problem start after you replaced the sensors? Your 2003 model uses a different upstream oxygen sensor from the previous years. Maybe there was a mix-up?

pre 2003: OEM 8946560150 - Denso 2344138
2003: OEM 8946550150 - Denso 2344169 (one number different in the OEM part#).

I wanted post an update for anyone who may run into a similar situation going forward. I set up my torque app to read the voltage on each O2 sensor. I discovered that my bank 2 sensor 2 was measuring at .015 and not responding and not throwing a CEL. I replaced the sensor and now the voltage is mirroring measurements of bank 1 sensor 2. So far all is running fine. I'm currently putting mileage on it to complete the monitors, fingers crossed!

I have CEL/VSC lights with code P0456 On my ‘06 LX. On the Fusion app, sensor 1 reads 0.0 and Sensor 2 is .6-.8.

Should Sensor 1 have a reading?

I haven’t seen anything as far as O2 sensors causing this fault, but I’m trying to knock out any obvious issues.

if you had a front o2 sensor reading zero V you'd get a code (eventually) look through that screen on obd fusion and look for four numbers. Two at or around 3.3. volts and two more at .8-.2 volts. The higher voltage ones are front and the sub 1 volt in the rear.
I think fusion has more than a few addresses, or placeholders on that screen.
I'd erase the code, then wait for another check engine light, replace the gas cap if it's old.
I'd make it happen 2 or 3 times before I checked that switching valve, unless there were other issues happening in conjunction with it.
