2001 LX470. Selling because we picked up a 200 series and we don't offroad....

The good:
Timing belt replaced 5k sho including hoses and Toyota coolant. This includes pulleys and the fan bracket. All Aisin.
~32" Cooper ATP tires on non-chrome Lexus trims (from a 2000 LX)
20% tint all around
LSeat new leather on the front seatsAHC works , no noticeable issues
Installed rear air bags for towing (but then sold the trailer before utilizing)
4 way/7way trailer plug added (plus wired for reverse lights, everything on relays)
Trailer brake controller
Weathertech floor lines Front, middle, rear
Pioneer DVD center console plus screens in headrests
USB chargers front and rear (4x 2.1a)
Touch pad 6 way relay (3 ports open)
Newer battery, metal heater Ts
New alternator

The bad:
Third row seats but no belts.
Side mirrors don't move up/left
Telescopic wheel doesnt work (tilt does)
Some flakes in paint and dings/small dents
Chips in headlights
There's a steering leak somewhere that has been there as long as we've had it (2ish years, 30k miles or so), but has lost maybe 1/4quart.

Front rotors are currently warped. I have pads, rotors, and new bearings but haven't had time to install.

Asking $9,000

Engine bay is dirty/dusty from my wife working in the agricultural fields near here last year. Was pretty dusty last year. I have the cover in storage.

BTW....

Don't let the "bad" scare you away. I tend to be honest about what I know or can recall about a vehicle and it's issues. This is contrary to most. especially dealers. Every vehicle (200 series) I looked at I would ask ahead of time of any issues and was always told there were none. While I did buy one, EVERY single one of them I found at least 4-5 issues before I even took a test drive.

The "bad" listed above has basically been in place for the 2.5 years and 30k miles we've had it without any increase in the issues.

Wife said sell it, price is $10k and firm.

You better take the next $8k offer that comes your way...I just dont see this as a $10k LX....apparently others dont as well per the silence..
whats up with the drivers side passenger door color? the paint looks to be different colors, IDK...good luck sir

Gauging by your posts, in general, you aren't overly acquainted with the 100 series and can't appreciate what big pluses this vehicle does offer.

2 of the biggest things are a proper timing belt job and the front seats in these. Less expensive 100 series almost always need these done. If you can do the timing belt job yourself its $600 or so job. If you add labor, double (or more) that cost. The seats are practically new.

It would be a $7-8k vehicle if there was no maintenance, needed tires, and the seats were torn or about to be.

My wifes bottom line is lower than mine, and as she put it, "if someone can get a really nice vehicle for a good price then let's sell it".

We've discussed and much lower it will just become a spare vehicle used for camping and snow.

This makes me grumpy - but in the same way the market has hit other "luxury" vehicles (like the 200 we just picked up) so is this one. I do plan to keep the ML amp to sell separately and try to recoup some losses here.

Price updated to $9,000.

The brakes just need to be completed, comes with ~$500 in new brake parts... rotors, pads, and both sets of front wheel bearings.

Shrug, you're not going to buy it anyways nor are you in this market, so unsure why you feel a need to respond here?

Got what I was asking without a negotiation on the weekend I had 2 others also wanting to see it - was probably priced low for the area.
