Would a long handled screw driver do the trick? Or re-insert the dizzy and turn turn the crank, then remove and reposition?

so, i got it started, but i know for a face that the timing is still off, hopefully taking her to 4x4 connection in winchester, hopefully they can work on it so that we can get this done, think they might be able to do my TPS while im there also, its still making my life harder than it should be. cant take it to the dealership, cause i know they will hassle me for the smog equipment being off completely. and they'll most likely call someone to tell them, so then i'd have the feds up my a**, dont want that!
