It also has turn signals on the side, VXR emblems and graphics that look like middle east spec vehicles.
LOL. and late 90's LX 470 wheels and rear-tail lights that do not match the year for the U.S. and pretty bizarre looking tall sidewall tires to make up for 16 inch rims instead of the 18s that should be on an 06. Actually curious, based on those tires, if this vehicle may be armored to some degree. A look at the windows rolled down is an easy way to check that. This vehicle must have a unique story.
