My suggestion:
If no major rust, take a fuel pump and a few tools. Make the deal pending it runs and drives good. Install the pump, and see if anything else is wrong. 1 banana job. Lockers would just be the icing.

Grill doesn't look like a 95? Wonder if the guy knows what he had.
It looks like a FJ80 not an FZJ80, steering wheel has no airbag as well. I'm going to try and look at it if the guy gets back to me.
