Life and gas prices are making me do the unthinkable. My clean 80 is for sale. Very stock rig, in fact I just recently installed brand new Toyota shocks on it to improve the ride. Purchased with BFG All-Terrains which are great, but most of my driving is not offroad, so after 2 years on the BFGs, have just mounted a brand new set of Toyo Open Country HTs in stock size.

No lift, no steps, no roof rack. Draw-Tite trailer hitch w/ 2in receiver. I think you'd call it the 'poverty pack'?

Gray with gray cloth interior. No rips, stains or tears. Carpet and headliner is all good. 3rd row seats in great shape.

Everything works except the usual suspect: 'D' light (though it worked for a year after a good whack), and rear defroster grid is very weak. Antenna works, CDL works (switch installed by me). No lockers of course. AC works, heater and rear blower work GREAT. All windows work, cruise works.

135k miles, no rust. There was rust on the tailgate under rear window which I had fixed and repainted by Broadway Auto Body here in Portland (a Toyota shop). They also repainted both front and rear bumpers, which was over the top, but I was looking to keep this stock rig looking good.

Front axle just done by the good dudes at Northwest Landcruiser. New radiator. New brakes. Nice blue silicone implants below (PHH) and up on top (at firewall), tubes and clamps purchased thru the list here. Also have installed LED interior lights in stock locations (have the map light too but it is not installed yet.) Alpine stereo with iPOD connector (in glove box); Eclipse front speakers, MBQuarts in rear door. I also replaced all the window weatherstripping/molding on all 4 windows so you can roll your windows down a few inches and not get all the rattling. Rig sounds nice n tight now.

No leaks, but does burn the usual 1 qt of oil every 3k miles.

Front Husky liners included. Has original tool kit, and original Michelin spare.

The only aesthetic issue is a 10" area of peeling clear coat on the hood down the center, and a much larger area on the roof down the center. Has never bugged me, but you should know. Overall, other than the clear, the paint looks really good. A great color.

Limited pics right now, and the ones I have show it with the original BFGs on it; if any Portlanders or PNWs are around, its a good one to check in person.

Asking $7750.

these are pictures of how it was when you bought it (California plate) ?

To clarify: It does NOT have the factory F/R locking differential option installed, correct?

Nice looking truck - how you see them in foriegn lands without the bimbo garbage that Toyota succeeds in peddling to US buyers.

Yes, these are the original pics from when I bought it. Hasn't changed though, except for the plates and the tires!

And to clarify, it does /not/ have the lockers front and rear; only the CDL (switch), which works perfectly.

Sorry no trades.

I purchased this well kept rig from Andy and am very happy with it. He loved it and I told him he has first crack at it if I ever sell it.
A few repairs and it will be perfect.....now to tell my darling wife we now own 5 land cruisers!!!

When you don't REALLY want to sell your rig but you kinda sorta haveta, its a huge relief to have it go to a good home-- the 'right' home. Terry knows his 'Cruisers and I am glad that 'mine' will be staying in the area and going into a good TLC home. I know it will be kept up well and if someday the stars line up the right way, this will be the truck to have again.

Thanks for all the great info on this board; I'll be lurking!
