1994 1fzfe rebuilt last spring. Desmogged. No check engine light.
New: water pump, fan, injectors, fan clutch, timing chain, timing cover and oil pump, radiator, plugs, wires, distributor, cap and rotor, birfields, wheel bearings on all four axles. New O2 sensors moved up to exhaust manifold and pulse air removed. New u-joints. Old man emu 2.5” lift heavy’s in the front and mediums in the back. Ome L- shocks all around. 1” spacer dobinsons in front.
Needs: steering gear, passenger side mirror, belt molding on exterior side glass, drivers side door gasket seal, paint is typical clear coat failure. Extended brake lines. Front bumper

Reasonable? Well Reasonable to me would be the 5k that kbb lists, or that these used to sell for 3 years ago, or that anyone would expect for a well worn 30 year old truck. What's happened to the world? I assume that isn't reasonable to you though. I can't afford one any more.

I agree with what you said about these 80 series or LC's in general. I saw a 94 with 147Kmiles for $4500 3 years ago. Seriously regret for not buying it then. Not blaming anyone here. I think a Nissan Patrol Y62 (Nissan Armada) is also a good 4x4 and I am for the first time thinking of moving into a Nissan as I can get a 2022 4x4 0 miles for $52K while a 2010 200 series with 100K miles goes for the same price.
