Just want to thank all of you Old North and Upstate cruiser heads for making me feel at home...it was truly an amazing weekend.

I have some pics I will be posting but mostly landscape so hoping my BrickFJ is in a couple that you guys took....LOL

Thanks again and I will be back...hopefully with a full contingent of lowcountry guys next time.

Yes Yes, everyone flocks from near and far for a fire roasted banana bomb. And the wheelin is pretty good too :D

Great to see everyone again, hate the time w/ the UC crowd seemed so brief. I had a wonderful trip and my mom really enjoyed her birthday on the bald. Hope everyone makes it home safe (and posts lots of pics :))

someones not ready for the trip to end

Good work team. Thanks Rick, job well done.
Great to see you all again, and a few new ones. It was great to be at a N meets S and not be the only S one there. The northeners really loved the holy land. I expect we'll be seeing a lot of them showing up at UC events there.
BTW I'm now one of them. I've considered myself a ONSC member since a URE when I asked one of them what it takes to join and he said 'you're in' and gave me a sticker.
But now they have dues and everything so I paid up this weekend.
My ancestors were probably here when it was all one state so I've always considered myself basically a Carolinian with no N or S but now I officially have a foot in each camp cruiser-wise.
But that's not the reason I rode with them this trip. I get to URE so much more than most of the UCers I thought I should tie up with them a little tighter. Good group, I really enjoyed camping and wheeling with them.
I'd say we should do this more often but Wow, that was a huge bunch to hit the place with.

Anyway, I had a blast, thanks for all the work.

And Tommy: Without your kind generosity, work and time it would have been a real trial. Thanks and thanks again.

Again, many thanks to Rick for all the help. The mapwork was great and I really appreciate you taking the time and effort to gather all the names and compile into a list for us to work off of. till next time, be safe fellas.

I really need to say Thank You to all who made this weekend so much fun and a special thanks to those who made this weekend come together from great planning. I am constantly reminded of why I joined this club and why I love spending time with these amazing people. UC truly is an exemplary organization for the rest of the off-road community. We are very fortunate to have such open-armed and enthusiastic individuals that give us such an extensive knowledge to depend on and share. It's a wonderful thing when one is excited to bring Mom around on a camping trip out in the woods with a bunch of trucks knowing she will be treated well. Thank you all for a wonderful time! I can't wait til the next meeting/event!!! Thank you all. You are all very special people and I consider myself to be very fortunate to be a part of it.

Works got me running this morning, but I gotta say it was a great event and despite the rough evening on Friday, we all enjoyed the beautiful trails on Saturday and Sunday. Thanks to the ONSC guys for making this event a great one and to the UC'ers for a strong showing and representing our club well on the trail and in camp.

There was some interest in more shirts, so I'll start another thread for those that want to confirm their interest. Don't post here, if you are in that category. Wait for the new thread.

Chance and I had a great time and want to give a big THANKS to Rick, Kat and everyone that made this trip happen. Friends and coworkers look at me crazy for driving so far to be in the deep woods with a group of people I met through the Internet. I wish pictures and words could explain the camaraderie, challenges and scenery we all partook of. We are looking forward to wheeling with UC at least yearly.

It was really neat that you guys drove up from Orlando and your pictures tell the story.

Codie (Jack Russell) and I had a great time and cannot wait to go back. Enjoyed meeting everyone too. I will try and post pictures later on. We are going to Hunting Island Saturday to Tues to avoid the election mess.

Very depressing.....can't wait till the next one.

Thanks to Rick and Jason for putting on a great trip. I know why this is the one trip I refuse to miss twice a year. Great people, beautiful scenery and some fun trails. It was great meeting everyone and putting some names to faces. Can't wait for the next one!

I took very few pics this trip, and the ones I took pale in comparison to those already posted.

See you in the holy land in '09.
