So I realized the other day, with some help from Mud that my current rims have too much back spacing. darn PO.....anyway....

I would like to move up to 31's or 33's(30's currently) to lower my rpm's some on my 3B highway driving.

Also think I would just prefer to go back to stock chrome 60 wheels.

So my main question is will 33x9.5x15's fit on the stock wheels ok?

I do very little to no wheeling, forest service roads and the such is about it.

Thoughts?

What gears are you running? 33x9.5x15's will be fine on the stock rims. You have a lift? By what you are describing I would go with 31x10.5's on the stock rim if you have the stock 3.7 gears. I can give you the rpm tables tonight for that setup.

33 9.50s on stock wheels will be perfect for you. gain some rpm's back on the hwy and around town you will not even notice the change.

Yes, stock gears.

In the not so distant future 2.5" OME

Turbo and 5 speed at some point and then going to 4.11's

Maybe some guys in the diesel forum can tell you how 33's and stock gears with a 3B drive. If you have a lot of thread left I would do the lift and gears first and then you can decide on which size tires you can run. If you go with 33's now might be harder on clutch on the hills but you can change that out anyways when you do the 5 speed.
