OK, before I started fiddling with stuff everything ran great. I got done doing my valves and decided to check my timing, what was suppose to be a minor adjustment turned into a head scratcher. I'm running a DUI w/ mechanical advance with a non USA carb. I got the timing down, but whenever I shut the engine off and turn it back on it holds a very low idle 3-400 rpms and it'll stumble until I rev the engine above 2000 rpms, then everything is fine again 7-750 rpms and running smooth. I'll shut it off and the same will happen.
Something in the carb. maybe? I just had it rebuild last year and have had no issues, but maybe there is a step I'm missing in the timing.
