i know a few of the other piggie owners where interested in firestine's v8 mounts...this sucks...anyone else want to fab them?

"Ige,
I don't see that happening. Matt has moved on to producing hitch
inserts that don't wiggle when he's not at work for Bell Tech
designing customizing equipment for them. He will probably never be
able to afford to waste time on such small money-makers as
Cruisers. Sad.

i really liked the over the frame setup. mainly because i could put the motor in and easily keep adjusting it till i got it right where i wanted it.

Wow. Those are nice. I don't know that mine would come out as nice. Are those 3/16" plate or 1/4"? I would probly use 3/16 for mine. Plenty strong. Are they height adjustable?

I have a welder and cutting wheel and torch, but no break to bend the metal. I could cut out the pieces and then put them together I guess.

you can shim it up, but i don't think it is made to be adjustable.

Do you have access to a press? My friend made a little brake on his press that would bend upto 90* with nothing more than some 1/2" round stock and some 1/4" plate. I think those would be fairly easy to bend once you made the brake and became handy with it...
