As for the lack of diesel upgrades. They are only relatively recently available in passenger vehicles and they will likely never have the get up that a big block gasser has. Kind of like Radd Cruiser's signature line about the turtle and the hare.

As for doors, I think that when the cops pull you over you could be in trouble. For a trail truck who cares. DOT requires doors be installed on vehicles that came with doors from the factory. You could argue with a removeable top but on a '60 I doubt it.

I got work on the damn boat this weekend, fuel gauge no worky...........when ever I let dad use it he brakes something.......parents ;)
