No Aux Elec Fan in 1998?

When reading up on the fan clutch I saw where my 1998 LC should have an aux elec fan up on the radiator somewhere for additional AC cooling. Mine doesn't have it, am I wrong on this, looking in wrong spot?

Do you have rear AC?

Yes, controls on the back seat side of the center console. I've been trying to determine if my fan clutch is operating properly so I've been going over everything else related.

Passenger side in front of radiator.

Definitely not there...and no rear AC. Just heat.
