I have to add to this thread --

I bought one of these kits and they are VERY nice OEM Denso kits, and in my humble opinion, the Better quality components before Denso moved production of these caps / rotors to Thailand or China. Those caps are black and of an inferior material. I've even had the black ones arrive cracked where as these old brown ones seem indestructible.

Just sayin'.

For $10 more I'll throw in an external condenser and replacement terminal that'll allow you to bypass the igniter if needed - both are new NipponDenso parts. The parts fit 1/75 through 9/77 2F distributors. Replace the parts on the left side of the photo with the parts on the right side of the photo. The parts swap only takes 2 or 3 minutes. I'll also sell the condenser and terminal without the tune-up kit for $15 shipped.

- Restoration , Like Full Dissemble Media blast and reassemble to
correct FSM specs

- and also , he offers Modern needed Update MODS like RE-curve
and taking the 2F fj60 / late FJ40 Big cap Dizzy from the LAMO
2 diaphram Vacuum Retard , and i mean LAME-O


He installs a NEW OEM NipponDenso single Vacuum Advance diaphragm in its place .

- i forgot to mention , he media blasts the bare housings to like NEW / NOS appearence too , on a full restore , so we all like
the OEM out of the parts box LOOK , whether will admit or not

i freely admit i relish it and pay extra for any day 1 looking land cruiser part .......period !

Also, for anyone -- These kits perfectly replace the Rev-limiting Cap, Rotor, and plate in the City Racer 61180 distributor with the non-smog parts.... as well as also allow for installation of Pertronix kit, if desired avoiding interference issue of the stock rotor.
