This is a conversion crossmember that requires no cutting or welding. 100% bolt on to existing structure. Reversible if you decide to go back to automatic tranny.
The shifter plate bolts into existing holes and gives you a template as well as a plate to bolt the boot onto.
Both items are new and not used.
