I've searched but can'y find any pics of this set up. I'm wavering between the 285 nittos and the 295s. Post your pics and help me decide.

TIA

This is the 2.5" OME lift with 315 Terra Grapplers.

Wifes 80 is running the 285 terra's on hers with no lift and is fine like that.

Mine on 295's.

Works great. I do wish I would have gone with something narrower, however. I lost 2-3 mpg's with this set up. Also, living at 9k', I lost much needed power. This wouldn't be as noticeable at lower elevations.

BUT, the truck rides great and these tires are great off road, and in the snow.

Part of that maybe have to do with the sky high roof rack and spare up there?

I dropped 1-2MPG going from stock tires and lift to OME 2.5 and 315's.

good stuff

bdyer: Like the look and the leather. Just one more thing to buy, huh? I'm leaning to 285s. Keep them coming guys. :cheers:

BTW, here's mine with 275 revos that look too small;

Yeah. That rack and tire came off pretty quickly. That mileage drop is actually after I removed the rack/tire. Just waitin on a bumper with a tire mount...

It looks like you are pretty set on the Nitto's. I found the Hankook Dynapro AT-M tires to be almost identical and a few dollars cheaper. I am running 305's in a E rating with good results, to me anyway.
