Related tip: Once your alignment is set I recommend using bright colored paint and "match marking" the cam and cam bolts (yellow paint marks shown in my photo above). Although it might not eliminate the need for realignment if you need to remove and re-install the UCAs, at least you'll then be able to get the cam bolts/cams back to a very close orientation for caster & camber relative to the last alignment.
 
Spressomon, what kind of UCAs are you currently running?

Depression, do you have pictures of your arms, and plans, or at least a parts breakdown? I like the Nitro using the Tundra ball joint as it is replaceable and should have similar durability to the stock LC one. However, the frame side bushing problem you describe just sounds like a PIA. I am really interested in your UCA's.
