NGK Glow plugs

Good price on glow plugs through NAPA. $17 ea. What I want to know is if glow plugs normally come with the little plastic hats that sit on the tip?

You know, they never asked if it was a "superglow" system or not, just 12 or 24 volt. How do I tell if I have the superglow system?

The "superglow" system will have more than just a wire off the last glow plug. There will be an actual wiring harness there with several connections that make up some sort of current sensor.
