It's 2025 folks and that means next year is 2026! And that means we can import the facelift 2001 land cruiser 70s also with the 1HD-FTE engine! Anybody have plans to pick one up?

Update front end is 2007 production.
engines are 21 years per EPA, we are waiting on the vdj's in 2028.

don't get too excited. Canada has 15 year window so they are taking all the cool stuff.

Dang it, I mistakenly thought it was 01. Well I guess I can find a 60 in the mean time.

Canada is shouldering the import costs and shiptime in getting these vehicles to our continent. whether or not they want to sell em down to us (when/if we want them) when we can have them is another story.

HDJ78/79 were Aussie only trucks from what I know. There is not a lot of them too and they hold value over there. From what I have seen 300,000+kms Cruisers are going for $60+k Aussie bucks.

Cheers

Hello,

Very few HDJ78/79 are available for sale, usually at a high price. The rest are firmly attached to their owners.
