I hope to get something going later in July. I like leading about 7 or 8 vehicles. I have led up to 25. That is not much fun, especially if someone has a mechanical.
I like to see what people have done with different makes and models , especially when they come up with their own custom ideas.
I posted this one kind of last minute, on both club sites, so it turned out well. I hope to do an overnighter with NMHDC.
The lunch stop we found would be a good camp spot on FR 535, easier access from the west, avoiding all the overgrowth.
We saw no one all day, once we got into low range trails. Most people camp near streams next to good roads, and they stay there.
I used my limb clippers from the driver's seat to clip a few small branches , but these FR's are slowly overgrowing, in places.
