tenetively:
the next run will be a tight technicale trail, early start and long day.
either modified rig or stocker with no regard to possible (probable) body damage.
prefer 33s or bigger
locker in the rear a good idea
WORKING winch is recommended
spotting will be required in many spots

(possibility of a sleep-in-your-rig overnighter)
bug spray and bug netting STRONGLY suggested

deep a rough holes
rock crawling
TIGHT threading-the-needle
possible off camber situations
possible kissing of trees and rocks
<if your truck is a pretty truck, this is NOT a trail for you>

to make this happen i will require MINIMUM 3 rigs and i would like to know ASAP since we have to work with Jeremy on the date.

this trail will be good for those that want to learn tech wheeling vs "second gear and pin it" wheeling.

romey: good to hear, it will be a good shake down run for the 40.
CDN: sorry to hear, i think this would be right up your alley.

so:
1 PZJ70
1 FJ40

Wayne, don't forget we have our Annual Summer Run to Ardbeg on the Aug 21 - 23 weekend.
Dave

Sounds good, we don't have an off road run booked for July. If you aim for later in the month the bugs shouldn't be as bad.
Dave

Might be a wrench in the plan

Hey guys,

Great time on the weekend. Just thought I would let everyone know that I will be out East as well (maybe Matt and I can hook up out there) for the majority of the summer - at least all of July. Can't promise I will be able to make a Summer Run at this point (weddings and such when we return).

It is amazing how quickly the summer fills up!

j.

Hey J, if you can try and make the Summer run you'll actually be able to use your truck as there won't be any snow at that time of year.
Dave

hey always onboard what are the dates?? getting new rubber ,8274 and if wayne can pm me i am interested in that rear locker for the 60 we discussed .will and can sleep anywhere (as you all found out )gotta plan for not having my girls so the sooner the better .plus i hope my dang house sells !! maybe instead of new rubber you could lend me those tractor tires wayne (just joking )any where any time learn by doing is my moto .
i do however learn by doing my own lines ,seems to make all the difference .sometimes it pays to be a leader sometimes it pays to be a follower then there are the times it pays to stay asleep @ the cabin .

As soon as my Backhoe comes out of the shop I'm going to have a REALLY busy summer!! Got to get the driveway and shop in this year - after that... maybe a small off-road park? (KIDDING!) :o)

(the backhoe is Diesel, 4WD, has a rear locker - AND ALREADY HAS TRACTOR TIRES - Wayne... I'm gaining on you faster than you think!). Hmmm How can I fit a 70 series body on a Case 580?

ummm ... imagination and a welder?

since it is just the 3 of us so far Moose how about you pick a date and we try to work around that...
