So lately I have been really jonsing for a FJ45... I would like to get a body and toss it on an 80 frame with a 4BT Cummins. Along with that shorten the bed and add enough lift for 37's. Did that ls1 fj45 ever sell? Here is a pic of one I've been drooling over

I talked with the owner of that ls1 powered 45. He still has it and is no longer for sale. I'm going to check it out in the next couple weeks

I would see if you could buy a bed minus the tailgate and get on the tailgate list for the ones Awl_TEQ is making. I was very disappointed right after buying my FJ45 to find out that Toyota had just discontinued making replacing tailgates. Only option was the blank aftermarket tailgate. Always planned on straightening mine until Kevin made a batch a few years ago.
