I heard Norm mentioned this at the meeting last week.

A standard FJ-UTE starts at only $49,900, making it extremely affordable.

Check out the 3 link front 40 suspension video at the bottom of that link...pretty cool

I showed it to the :princess:, she didn't think I had completely lost my mind she actually kinda liked it. so maybe one day when I have an extra $50,000 I can get one. :steer:

Justin and the guys at Redline are a class act too. Talked with them a lot over the past 6 months and got to spend some time at Cruise Moab vender night with them. Can't wait to see the first one roll out of their shop.

I would buy one from them, then ship it to Slee for v8 conversion :)

The price sheet PDF offers both Toyota and GM V8 upgrade options, fwiw

The excessive rear overhang makes it a deal breaker for me

I thought the same, i've landed back there coming off some drop-offs before and departure angle matters. I then spoke to Justin who said the rendering appears about 5" longer than the truck in reality based on the bumper vs. 80 frame length. So it shouldn't be as bad as it looks. Plus the rendering is without a lift. He said his sema truck won't be lifted to it appeals to the non-crawling crowd too, but that some early orders will be 35's with a lift and 37's with a lift has been mocked up already.

We'll see I guess.
