At a minimum see who the local Lexus dealer uses. Using their guys or Safelite is probably your best bet, but in any case be sure they assign someone that's done one before, like a Safelite senior tech, and that it includes the riveting kit and new OEM side moldings.
As to glass, when you file the claim, or through Safelite, who handles a lot of claims for insurance companies directly, just ask for OEM glass (green or brown depending on what you have). Assuming Safelite, they'll request that from your insurance company and they'll either approve or not. For a 2002, I'm guessing not, but worth a try. Safelite can source different qualities of non-OEM glass so be sure and discuss, e.g., PPG.
All that said, a number of folks have been happy with non-OEM glass, though at least one person had issues with wavy glass that had to be replaced. It's mostly a question of getting a good install and cleaning up any issues from a prior bad install, e.g., screws instead of rivets, etc..
Full invoice on mine for OEM glass with Rain Sensor and kit, etc. was $1900. About $1350 for glass and $375 for moldings, plus other stuff and tax.

I am hoping geico will source toyota glass. Is there really that much of a difference?
Geico going to give you a check and its your responsibility find your own glass/installation. I live in San Antonio and last week we had hail. I am taking my trunk for Geico inspection. Will let you know what they say. After talking to Geico, called local Lexus dealer and they told me to talk to Safelight.
Who is your insurance company? I want to switch to them. Mine forces me to use crappy Safelite glass. they won't come close to OEM quality and cover it.
How much hail damage to your 100?
My insurer is Farm Bureau Mutual. I doubt they're operating in TX, but I hope you can find something similar. When you dial, a Satellite person answers the phone. I called for a new w/s for my '13 Cruiser...told Satellite that I already had a great installer. They were fine with that. I then told them I wanted Pilkington glass at the minimum. The phone drone got into a new thing that Satellite has called "OEME"...translated that means Original Equipment Manufacturer Equivalent. With a bit of teeth pulling, Satellite advised that usually means cheap Chinese glass. Satellite also noted that they'll go with what the installer recommends...a call to him verified Pilkington, and that was it.Who is your insurance company? I want to switch to them. I got a price from Lexus for my LX470. It was $1700 plus tax. I have had a couple installers tell me that Pilkington makes the Lexus glass and if I am ok without the lexus stamp it will be in the 350-450 range including the oem nylon screw kit and mouldings.
