Whats up!! My name is Jody and I am from North Alabama. I am happy to back in yota. I had a 94 pick up years ago. I had been researching a vehicle for a while that would be DD and a hunting vehicle. It came down to TLC, T4runner, ZJ or WJ, or Montero. I picked up a '99 TLC 100 series with about 190k on it. Completely stock as far as exterior. Does not appear to have been off road much. The interior has new leather, updated bluetooth, xm, console, etc, timing service, radiator, weather tec mats. The seller also threw in a set of 18" tundra wheels off a 2012 (debating on mounting those or stock 16"s).
Took it off road with the slicks
, yeah stupid considering our hunting club is on a mtn called Smallgan's steep
. Luckliy my cousin had his ZJ with some old Mudstars mounted. Funny thing is he is "all jeep", so I cant wait to get tires and roll where he goes or more. Nevertheless, the front wheels were rolling smoke and trying to go. After this little ride the steering wheel is floating around. hopefully just some caked mud or low saggy tires, not sure, maybe the IFS is THAT fragile.
Anywho, I feel cool as a mug in this thing, and I dont care if I get it muddy, its my new shaggin wagon with style!
Looking at the Guard DOG retread tires and upgrading the front end with bushing or skid plates...who knows definitly needs tires

I am surrounded by the only Jeep guy that matters. He is basically like my uncle and his name is "2 Mean". He is like a 55 yr old ultimate badass Alpha male and he is the leader of our hunts and all things manly. He is jeep thru and thru. He has rolled jeeps off skyline mounatin back in the 70's...and will kick anyones ass...in this lil one horse town Im from..(we all have one of these guys) haha. He has taught me so much about driving off road and deer hunting.
