After years of looking at Land Cruisers and knowing that I someday wanted one, I finally made the move. It's a 2000 one owner that just turned 100k miles and is in fantastic shape both inside and out. I'm not looking to make many modifications but enjoy seeing what others with similar vehicles have done and it looks like IH8MUD is just the place for it. I look forward to learning from the experts.

Congrats on the great find!

"I'm not looking to make many modifications but..."

man do i remember saying the same thing. Careful, you'll go from removing the running boards due to peer pressure, to buying a 60 for a diesel conversion in no time!

welcome !!!

The minute you do one mod and then happen to see your truck parked next to another 100 Series as you are coming out of the grocery store, its all over. Where I live, 100s are all over the place and something as simple as an agressive set of tires really sets it apart (as well as makes it look more natural IMHO).

Congrats on the purchase!

Welcome to the board! Nice 100.

Congrats and Welcome to the Club!

Also, I see a lot of folks asking about "what to pay". Mine is a one owner, well maintained, interior and exterior is an 8/10 with 100,500 miles. Remote start and aftermarket DVD and I paid $13,300 from an Infiniti dealer in Pennsylvania. My wife was 9 months pregnant and ended up paying $1000 to have it shipped as I was unable to fly and drive back. Based on what I am seeing here it was still a good deal.

Low miles seem to boost the LC value quite a bit. And more importantly, if you are happy with your purchase, than it's a great deal!
I bought a 2000 just like yours but w/o the extras and with 152k miles. Couldn't be happier.

Congrats and welcome!!!
