Hi Folks I have being lurking for a while and finally have registered .
I live just outside Calgary Alberta and was wondering were would be a good place to start looking for a 70 Series Cruiser ?
I have found a few online that are for sale in the area, but was wondering if there is any place locally that imports them ?
i will be flying over Victoria this week so is there any places there to. Yes I have searched But would kinda like some opinions Good Or bad . Thank you

Kijiji, Craigslist, Outback Imports, Radd Cruisers - can point you in the right direction, Luxuryimports - used to be in calgary now in Ontario, Mustang Imports in Armstrong, BC. Try there. Also, do a search on the site. I'm sure it's been covered many times. I think there is a 'trusted' import thread somewhere. "Crushers" has been importing for years; No BS with him, he'll get what you want. From what I've been told, be prepared to spend money. You can't import a cruiser for any sort of good deal.

Just my way of warning the guy so he does not make the same mistake I did. I use to be a "glass half full" kind of guy until I owned a LJ78.:)

DD ?
Wheeling lightly not hard core lifted is always good but she is short
family size wife and I no Kids Dogs /So no wagon
budget Depends on Accountant /Wife and if its Purdyyy

I have a lifted Dodge Cummins 1992 4x4 that is becoming a pavement queen ,Besides if i hit soft stuff I am pooched with it due to the weight on the front end, but still a blast to drive. Its getting some new go fast stuff soon :)
Anyways. I really don't care about adding a turbo or turning it up , I would probably break stuff. I plan on going home to the Yukon next year so it would be nice to have a bit of comfort too

70, 73,74 is the model that fits that description...
no lockers needed for your application

DD - daily driver

how many km a month will you be putting on and where? city, highway, back roads.
what speed do you like to travel at?

Super Thank you again
I guess I am on the right track . Do these have open or lockers or do they come with limited ? Is there A standard or would it have depended on the build at the factory . I know right now with the Dang Cummins I would kill for lockers
