How do they differ from the old step slider?
Can you remove the step?
No, the step is not removable.

Picture the current slider, but rather than the outside tube being angled upward, it's flat...with a plate welded on.

The old slider step was composed of 2 bars -- the outside step portion was bolted to the "permanently mounted" insider slider portion.

Christo,
When do you expect the '94 version of these sliders out?
Ron

PS : Thank god for the front bumper rebate program Slee is offering . Send him your old front stock bumper , and you get these sliders for half off .. :bounce:

 :whoops:

Duh, Romer that ran out just before you came to the shop :D

Sorry haven't answered much on this thread, but we are moving shop and things are a bit hectic. Good news is that we have more bays now and finally a showroom and customer waiting area.

Anyway, some comments

Being delivered today.

Those are sweet, but I think Christo should've water jetted "Cruiser or Lexus" into them. Kinda like Alan did on the 100 UTE back. That was sweet.

yes when seeing them in production, that would be cool, or even a Slee Off-Road logo :-D

I don't think they have the price listed yet but around $835 is as good an estimate as any.

Pretty close. That is for the 93/94 models. 95/97 is $885. Basically $50 more than regular sliders.

Mounting system is the same as before. On the 95/97 the arm still goes under the cat and provide some cat protection. On the 93/94 the arm runs behind the cat at an angle towards the frame.

how about some of those for the 100's? please

1 set for 100's was made and sold already. They are on order.

I'll be placing an order for pick up at CM05

Dooug, don't wait to long. Not that made sets in stock.
