New Shoes! 315/75/16 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac

I just got Back from the tire shop with my new tires! Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac in 315/75/16's

I haven't driven much with them except back from the tire shop, but they are so much quieter than the BFG KM's I had on there.I would say the road noise is comparable to BFG AT's I had on before the BFG KM's.

The tread isn't as aggressive as a MT tire, but more aggressive then a AT tire. It looks like a hybrid between an At and an MT. There is good siping on the treads and is snowflake rated.

I quite pleased with these new tires and thought I would share!

I will report back after I put some real Kilometers on them!

I've got at least 4k miles on mine at this point - they are riding quiet still, no discernible wear and am very happy with having purchased them.

I had my heart set on these, but thought I would try the Fierce M/T's just to be different. I talked to a tire guy in Montana that told me he has both tires on trucks that belong to a gas company. He claims there are neck and neck with regards to wear and performance. I guess we will find out!

They look like a good tire, too bad they aren't available in a 33x10.5 or 255/85r16. Guess I'll be buying BFGs again when I get new tires.

Yeah I got them at fountain tire, but they aren't included in the 4 for 3 deal. They however are included in another promotion for 60$ off. They told me though that they are on backorder now...their warehouse only has 3 left.

The bumper was indeed built by Jordan Bennet and his buddy Bjorn.

Curious though how you know he built it?

I've had these exact tire (and exact size) for a couple months now. Been down the highway, down FS roads, and some real wheeling through the bush... so far I love them! Waiting to try them in a foot or 2 of snow up north this winter.
