Nice job, GILBERTO! How is the center section held together and can it be greased or rebuilt? It looks like they might simply be threaded together?

the center section is seal & yes it has a greased fitting, inside has a 15/16 pin & is welded solid on one side

I don't see anyway that you could've welded
fully around the 360* cylinders butt end(s), (welded to the pins)

and if it's not fully welded... that'd be a fail IMO
as corrosion is an enemy.

could be improved upon..
if the cylinder butt ends were fully welded to an eye
and that eye utilized steel sleeves w/neoprene bushings
and then a removable pin or barbell lock could be utilized

guess I'm not all that thrilled about the fixed pins
or the lack of a full weld...

Because I can't see a cut away on yer 360* coupler...
guess I can't really critique that

but wish I could  :D

keep trying... yer getting closer !

~well I wasn't gonna say... but couldn't figure out how to delete this post...
so I might as well~

^ I would think the OP's design could handle backing as well as the max or LnR couplers, the OP's is basically the same principles...

tho' IMO... the strength, durability and safety of the OP's design
still needs address
