New radiator that fits 2F and future 5.3 Vortec?

My stock radiator has a few small cracks in it and it is getting worse. I have a stock 2F in my 87 cruiser and I was hoping to put in a better radiator when I do a V8 (5.3 Vortec) conversion.

I was thinking that I might be able to find a radiator that could fit my 2F now and a V8 later without having to modify anything when it's time to do the V8 conversion.

Is there a radiator that can do that for me?

My plan (for the same reason) is to go with Man-a-fre's aluminum radiator for my 3FE. Steve-O confirmed that these are Ron Davis radiators made for Man-a-fre.

I think Be Cool also makes a bolt in aluminum radiator for FJ60

MAKE SURE you ground any aluminum radiator you use. This is very very important, the PO bought one of those reall nice ones from MAF, and didn't ground it, and electrolysis ate it up and eventually leaked. If possible ground it directly to the battery, like strip a wire, bend the copper over the input to the radiator, slip on the hose, clamp hose, connect other end of wire to the battery....

see no reason why not.

Just make sure you order one with a trans cooler if you plan to go with an auto trans in future.
