New muffler too loud (1 Viewer)

I picked up a couple of these ones.

That's the ones. You should have (or maybe did) pick up a couple of extra muffler clamps. Put the clamp on where you want the hanger to be placed.

Those clamps wouldn't have nearly enough movement for my exhaust system. I started out with something like that and they broke off after only a few weeks. I now have a peice of tire about 3" long that can flex enough for the 1" expansion that occurs.

i have a guy down here outside of Owen Sound that is an artist with a bender. he follows instructions and the last system he made for me was beautiful, quiet, tucked up out of the way.

do the drive down this friday to the wheeling meet in Parry Sound then carry on to this guys place. he is NOT cheap but the exhaust will last as long as you own the truck...literally.

Thanks Wayne, yes , that would have been perfect if I was going down South for Easter but this time my family came North. Anyhow, I'd consider meeting up with the uclc some time. Looks like a good bunch of guys to hang around with if I'm going to keep my cruiser going for a long time. Thanks again, I learned a lot from all of the comments.
