Hey everyone!!

My name is Kabir, and I’ve had my 2005 Lexus LX470 for a little while now.

It’s a rare Eucalyptus Mica Green Color , with 18 in top rims

It’s been an amazing vehicle, and I’m excited to connect with fellow enthusiasts here.
Through this forum, I’m hoping to share tips, tackle some fun upgrades.
My rig is stock for now, with AHC. but I’m currently exploring ways to improve its performance and longevity. I’m considering adding a performance muffler and a cold air intake to optimize its health. It’s been well-kept and has 355,xxxx miles on it—a true testament to Toyota’s engineering!

Future plans include refreshing the suspension and possibly adding some off-road upgrades to make it more trail-capable. I’m also looking forward to improving its overall ride quality and tackling some scenic drives around Colorado.
The main problem I am facing is the rust issue on the rear trunk upper Liftgate , so would require your expertise.

I’m based in Denver,CO, where I’m pursuing my MBA in Project Leadership and Management . When I’m not working on the LX470, I enjoy road trips, scenic drives, and checking out good local eats.

Here are some pics of the truck—looking forward to hearing about your setups and sharing ideas

Factory air box already pulls cold air in. You’d be adding a “hot air intake” if you changed it. Keep the muffler stock, too.

AHC is incredibly capable. Baseline it for far cheaper than any off the shelf off road bruh suspension.

In fact, baseline all your fluids and PMs and motor on.

Welcome! And beautiful color.
