Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone in person and doing some (not-too-difficult) wheeling! As for the trucks...

The 1994 pickup was my first vehicle...I got it brand new in high school. There's a whole thread about it here (it's for sale, although I'm not trying very hard to get rid of it.) I used to wheel this thing in the late '90s/early '00s...nothing too crazy...Crown King, Box Canyon (Florence), etc. Then I had a Jeep (gasp!) for a few years and bought a car for daily-driving and the truck was relegated to the occasional Home Depot run.

I got the 2018 4Runner TR a couple years ago to scratch the wheeling itch. It's a great truck...ATRAC and rear locker make it almost too easy. I thought this would be my dual purpose vehicle...daily driver and wheeling. And it does a great job at that. But, I've since decided I wanted a project...

So, a few months ago I picked up this bone stock 1986 FJ60. I used to drive my dad's 40 when I was 16 and I've had soft spot for Cruisers since. Not sure why it took me so long to get one. I've got a lot of hypothetical plans for this truck...but for now I'm just enjoying it as-is while I get to know it. Here're some really bad photos...

Anybody have a driver's side front door, this one's a little wrinkly...
