I am not in the market for one right now but was thinking of one in the future.
All I can offer right now is $450 to my door. Not trying to low-ball it's all I can do right now.
Let me know today if you're interested because if you're not I need to spend this on a set of FJ40 doors on Craigslist.

I am located in Dallas, Texas 75201.... I actually joined this forum back in Oct of 2014 when I bought my '66 FJ40. It is only now that I am starting this project.

Roger, I think you are full of s***. I made you an offer, you said you were considering it. I missed the doors I could have, should have bought instead of dealing with someone like you. You Just held my offer open until you could find something better while I get screwed in the end with no doors nor aux tank.
You know, the personal message you sent me,

I hope karma does come back and kicks you squarely in the balls, if in fact you actually have balls. I am a helicopter pilot also and you are an embarrassment to the profession.
 
Considering isn't committing. I've dealt with Roger in the past and he's a stand up guy. I make offers all the time and I'm not bent out of shape if the seller decides to go a different direction. If this was that important just pull the trigger and dont throw the seller under the bus for trying to recoup most of his funds. I know I've certainly been on the losing side of selling stuff more than once.
 
Hog Dude, I did pull the trigger, offered and laid my cards on the table. Roger strung be along for... what did he call it? Oh yeah, "Cruiser Karma". As far as being a square guy, I wouldn't buy a sack from Roger if was filled with money. I'm not throwing anyone under the bus, facts speak for themselves. If he was a stand up guy on your transaction must have been because the winds were blowing his way.
Really have no clue why you feel the need to interject but here ya go,,,, He says in front of everyone he's considering my offer (ya see, trigger pulled on my part, offer made), knowing if he does not I want to take my money and go buy some doors. Then he sends me a private message ( see above in bold type). This is to string me along further. Stand up guy? You, Hog Man, must deal with shady people a lot. Sorry, Roger is still a s*** stain.....
 
Follow up on the aux tank for sale...

I inquired about the fuel tank for sale and roger quickly replied with contact information and pictures that consisted of the tank and everything for sale with it. We talked a couple of times over the phone and exchanged mailing addresses. We agreed on me sending him a check, which is obviously scary to do in today’s world, and then he would mail out the tank. Well, I sent the check, he informed me when he got it, sent the tank out the next day providing me with a shipping number... and tank arrived in perfect condition with everything he stated was included. Roger is an honest satndup guy like earlier posted, and BradlXXl you must have not pulled the trigger or had taken to long.
